What DC Pulse provides

DC Pulse provides a brand intelligence platform that scores your brand across 4 lenses and delivers a Pulse Audit report. The free Pulse Audit is provided at no charge. Pulse Pro and Build-for-You are paid offerings.

Acceptable use

• Use the platform for your own brand or brands you are authorized to represent.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise circumvent the platform.
• Do not use the platform to harass, deceive, or harm others.

Your content

You retain ownership of the brand information you submit. By submitting, you grant DC Pulse a limited license to use it to generate your Pulse Audit and improve the platform.

Refunds and cancellation

Pulse Pro includes a 7-day free trial. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Cancel at any time.

Liability

Pulse Audit recommendations are decision support, not professional advice. DC Pulse is not liable for business decisions made based on Pulse Audit output.
